The carpets throughout were 20 years old and the original white the builder installed. I have used Greg Humphrey at Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning about 3 times now and have to say he's the BEST I've ever used. Living in Union County NC I wasn't sure if he would come this direction but he assured me that he does come here about 4 times or more a month. The stains stay gone...not just a temporary fix. He's pleasant, professional mannerisms, takes his time and has pride in his work. The carpets smell wonderful for quite a while. I can't imagine using anyone else to clean my carpets. Greg called 15 minutes before his scheduled time to tell me he was on the way, showed up right on time. He did a preview of the rooms and what I wanted done. He worked efficiently and was done in a reasonable time. I had 3 small stains in the BR and he was able to get them out and they have not returned yet (after 3wks). The carpets have a wonderful fresh smell to them. Carpets were dry in about 45 minutes with no heat or air on them. There is nothing I would change about his service.I had high expectations and he met them. I can't imagine using any other carpet cleaning service.

We have used Greg at Heaven's Best for the last 5 years since we moved back to the Charlotte area. He really is heaven's best carpet cleaner in the Charlotte area! Many of the other carpet cleaning companies will leave the carpet looking nice when they leave but spots come back later. Greg's carpet cleaning literally makes it look brand new and it stays that way for a long time. Spots don't come back later. Even more important than the carpet itself, Greg (owner) is the nicest man ever! I would trust him with my children - that is how sweet of a man he is. He truly wants you to be 200% happy with the job, and he will do it with the utmost integrity and a heart for serving! (Also, his pricing is great, just as a side note!) (And...he's always RIGHT on time. No windows of time... He gives you a time and he's there right on time every time!)

I was really impressed that they were on time. Actually they arrived about three minutes after their appointment time, and apologized for the delay. To me three minutes is still on time, but I appreciated they cared that much about punctualtiy. Both employees were professional in both attire, and in their conduct. They asked if I had a specific room I wanted them to start with, and when I said no, they asked if it was ok with me if they worked in a certain order. I appreciated being asked. They started by vaccuming the entire area to be cleaned. Then they started upstairs, and did the bedrooms, landing, and worked their way down the stairs. They finished in the living room. They told me how long it typically took for the floors to dry, and advised me it would help if I had my ceiling fans on. They offered me a stain remover which I did purchase, but in no way felt any pressure to make this additional purchase. I was really impressed with the last thing they did, which was to rake the carpet in the living room as they left to clear away their footprints. I initially chose them because the products they use are kid, pet, and environmentally friendly. All three of those things are important to me. The first time I called I had to leave a voice mail, but my call was returned quickly. I was unable to speak with them at that time, and called the following business day. That time my call was answered by the owner who was very professional. The quote he gave by phone was exactly the amount of the invoice they gave me the day of service. Overall I can say that the carpet did look great after they left, and when I came home later my house smelled fantastic. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, and would be happy to have them come back.

I love Heaven's Best! We've been using them for over 5 years and the service by Greg Humphrey is PHENOMENAL. My rugs come out pristine, smelling good and all the stains that have occurred are always completely gone. Plus the rugs dry in anywhere between an 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Greg and his helper came out and did a WONDERFUL job on the carpet in our home!! I wasn't even sure if our carpet could be cleaned. It was so filthy from years of not being cleaned. There were many stains and spots everywhere. I had called someone else 1 to 2 years ago after seeing an ad and they gave me a price on the phone. Then when they got here, they pulled out their measuring tape and began measuring. I asked what are you doing and they said measuring so we can give you a price. I said you already gave me one. They acted as though that never happened or didn't matter, so I sent them away. I didn't know if there was anyone left to trust in the business of carpet cleaning, but then I saw the reviews for Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and so I took a chance. Greg gave me a price over the phone and that was the price I was billed for after the job was finished. I thought that the price was quite reasonable for the amount of carpet to be cleaned . The carpet looks FANTASTIC!! It truly is almost unbelievable because it looks so new! On top of that, the process they use doesn't harm the carpet like steam cleaning. Greg is a super nice guy, honest, trustworthy and very professional. I am thrilled with the work that was done, and I will be using his business again!
